I’m just curious…what sort of criteria do you employ when making your monthly YouTube selections? Is it random or do you often favor the long time stompers because they are personal favorites? I’ve seen a number of really great stomps that didn’t even make the November & December lists at all.
( and no…i’m not talking about bootsnaxKREW stuff).
This is a difficult question, but this is very interesting…
In first place.. This is a personal selection based in my own preferences. This is a personal website. And this is difficult to sort and cuantify these class of videos. Watching them you can know what is my favorite footwear, my preferred objects to crush and the way i like to do it.. but this is only one person’s tastes…. It is not an industry standard

I can not watch ALL youtube crushing action. Perhaps i am missing a lot of great stompers and a lot of great videos. Sometimes i discover a new man crushing things, but these great videos was made some months or years ago. I do not include them in these selection of this month.. Sorry
Perhaps in the future he will continues making great stomps and i will find the next on time.
Well known stompers and personal favorites.. Perhaps.. If they are my favorites perhaps they make videos that i like more.. But i usually choose new stompers to promote them “putting my two cents” and encourage them to make more videos.
But i try to have some rules
- I began choosing 5 videos each month… Now i find a lot of candidates each month and i store them in a private youtube list, and i like them a lot, and i usually choose 7 or 8. But i do not want much more
- I try to avoid 2 videos of the same man in the same month.. I choose only his best video -to my taste-… perhaps his second best video was better than other video of other man.. but only one video per month here.
- No bugs here. sorry.
- A minimal quality… If all is dark, perhaps i will not choose it … the same if you take 10 minutes to crush a tomato, or 20 seconds to smash a great toy.
